Refund policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer customers a return option. However, if you suspect that your product might be defective, please get in touch with us right away at support@myovry.com. We take these claims very seriously since we adhere to rigorous quality assurance standards.
Additional non-returnable items include:
* Gift cards
* Software products
There are certain situations where partial refunds and/or product replacement may be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your damaged and/or incomplete product is returned and received it will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or product replacement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds typically take 10 business days to process. If 10 business days have passed since you were issued a refund and your bank statement is still not showing the credit, please contact us at support@myovry.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1056 McCarty Crescent, Revelstoke, BC, V0E2S1, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new product to reach you, may vary.
